Helper type for computing effective frequency given a source clock frequency and a desired frequency.
Fields
src_freq: Hertz
The frequency of the source/input clock
divider: u16
The linear division value. This is constrained to the range of values supported by the hardware.
effective_freq: Hertz
The effective frequency, which is ideally the desired frequency,
but is produced by dividing the src_freq
by the divider
.
